ArchX.MultiLocation
ArchX.MultiLocation allows an office spread across multiple locations to work with a single central database. To facilitate work with all drawings, these are stored locally per project.
Thunderbird plugin
This plugin allows direct communication with the ArchX database from Thunderbird. It links outgoing and incoming e-mail to the relevant project in ArchX. Thus all communication concerning a project is located centrally, and is easy to access for each worker.
All ArchX contacts can be imported into Thunderbird.
MS Outlook plugin
You can make direct use of MS Outlook functions via this plugin. The Outlook calendar | contacts | e-mail functions communicate directly with the ArchX database.
Outlook calendar
You have access to the MS Outlook calendar from ArchX.
The calendar items are linked directly to a project.
Your Outlook calendar item can be created in ArchX's time registration function.
Outlook contacts
The contacts in both packages are always up-to-date thanks to two-way synchronisation.
Outlook e-mail
All Outlook mail functions are available, with the added advantage that these can be directly linked to the correct project in ArchX. This applies to outgoing as well as incoming e-mail.
